The neighbors showed up with their young boys, fascinated as always by big machines (as are the big boys, still). Speaking of neighbors, Jeff (far right) did the perc test for the septic system, and Shannon (standing next to Jeff) and her husband, Chris (not shown) are working on the architectural plans for the studio.
